The Burn-Outz are a dystopian cyberpunk performance duo who bring the sound of the 1980s crashing headfirst into the end of the world. Imagine a nightclub glowing in radioactive neon at the edge of a ruined city, where synths still pulse, guitars still scream, and the survivors still know how to throw a party.

Blending post-apocalyptic attitude, cyberpunk aesthetics, and pure 80s musical energy, The Burn-Outz deliver a show that is equal parts retro nostalgia and futuristic chaos. Their set combines a lively mix of:

• Classic 1980s songs, performed with a dark cyberpunk edge

• Parody versions of 80s favourites, rewritten with dystopian and post-apocalyptic themes 

• Original cyberpunk songs inspired by neon cities, hackers, megacorporations, and street rebels

• Original dystopian anthems about survival, rebellion, radioactive wastelands, and life after the fall of civilisation.  

The result is a performance that feels like the soundtrack to a ruined future, where synthwave echoes through abandoned megacities and the last survivors dance beneath flickering neon signs. Visually, The Burn-Outz lean heavily into the cyberpunk and post-apocalyptic aesthetic. Expect glowing radiation symbols, futuristic street-punk style, dystopian humour, and plenty of tongue-in-cheek references to life after the collapse.

Despite the bleak future they sing about, their shows are anything but gloomy. The Burn-Outz bring high-energy performance, humour, and crowd-pleasing songs that audiences recognise, laugh along with, and happily sing along to.
