Height of the Flood are a male–female folk duo who weave together traditional songs, original compositions, and classic folk rock from the 1960s and 70s. Drawing inspiration from the landscapes and legends of Derby and Derbyshire, their music explores local folktales, ghost stories, and echoes of the past, brought to life through rich harmonies and storytelling.

They are perfectly suited to Renaissance fairs, fairy festivals, and folk events, and are equally at home at steampunk gatherings looking to broaden their musical horizons with something a little more earthy, eerie, and timeless.
